If you are planning to visit Galicia, Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra or Vigo, Corrubedo's Natural Park is the best place to stay. This idyllic sailors' town, is right in the middle of the road between the cities of Santiago de Compostela and Vigo.

Here you'll find Villa Carolina, a luxurious house, located at the foot of Espiñeirido beach. This coastal area, protected by Natura 2000 network, is in Corrubedo, at only 40 km from Santiago de Compostela.

The house is a stately mansion of 2 floors, with 5 double rooms (3 facing the sea and 2 facing the mountain), 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 living room with a large fireplace and an open concept kitchen-living room. Climatized pool.

The house is surrounded by 2000 meters of garden, with shady trees, and two  lookout terraces, one of them, with sitting area, has fantastic views to the sea,  while the other one, with beautiful mountain views, has an outdoors dining area. The decoration is stately and elegant, and every room in the house has its own style. Everything is impeccably attended down to the smallest detail. Pillows and mattresses have just been renovated (May 2018), so that customers can enjoy maximum comfort.  Also, the rooms are very spacious. There are three queen-size beds and 4 beds sized 120 cm.

You can enjoy excellent views from every single room in the house, split-level living room and kitchen included. The pictures in the rooms represent the outdoor landscape.

There is a game room with billiards indoors, where you can spend some memorable evening having a drink and enjoying your free time. Outdoors there is a barbecue and dining area with terrace, so you can enjoy the views with total comfort.

The beach has a very fine sand and crystal clear waters, it is a real paradise. Its location allows you to enjoy the sea and the mountains, spectacular sunsets and numerous walking routes. Also in its surroundings you can find A Ladeira beach, As Furnas (the setting for the film "Mar Adentro"), the dunes of Corrubedo, O Castro de Baroña...

There are numerous routes through the huge beaches that surround the area. We highlight Espiñeirido, Balieiros, El Vilar, Las Furnas, Ladeira, Castro de Baroña, Sieira River...

There are traditional markets in the area every day of the week, so you can enjoy shopping in typical Galician environments. There is also a fish auction 2 kilometres away, where fishermen sell the fish they capture each day.

It is truly a unique place in the world and those who are lucky enough to know it are delighted and eager to return.

When you arrive at the house, you are given a list of the most important places to visit and the restaurants where you eat the most wonderful fish and seafood in Galicia, at really incredible prices.

If you want to enjoy the “wine tour” and “tapas” in the towns of Corrubedo and Ribeira, you will be given all kind of information to make the most of the stay.

You can also go on some spectacular gastronomic and hiking routes, practice all kind of water sports, and enjoy endless sunsets, and sublime beaches.

We suggest climbing the “Mirador da Pedra da Rá “(the Lookout of the Frog'stone), from where you can admire the entire length of the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corrubedo, the coastal villages and, if the day is clear, the Arousa estuary.

If you have the opportunity, you can visit the Corrubedo Lighthouse, built in a privileged enclave in the year 1853, where the sea breaks with all its fierceness  and from where you can see the lights of the lighthouses of Finisterre and the Cies Islands.

From A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra and Vigo by the A9 motorway to Padrón and from here by the expressway from O Barbanza to Ribeira.

Via the AC 550 road that connects Noia with Ribeira.
